Most candidates who find their way here are accomplished.
They are also stuck or at least unsure of the right direction. That's not because their numbers or accomplishments are weak; quite the opposite. It's because they need to answer the harder question: what makes you compelling to an admissions committee beyond what's already on your résumé?
The answer to that question doesn't have a formula. I know, because I was on the other side of it for years, reading files, shaping classes, making decisions. I've seen brilliant candidates playing too small, leading with the wrong things, and walking away without an offer. And I've seen candidates punch above their weight when they finally understood what parts of their story actually mattered.
That's what I do here. Help you figure out what's actually powerful about your story and build an application around that.

By now you have heard it all: AI is coming for your job, AI is coming for MBA admissions consultants, AI can help you get into a top program or get you dinged for submitting AI slop. Underneath all of it is the same caveat, and we all need to keep shouting it from the rooftops: judgment matters more than ever. I spent a long time synthesizing the research and my observations to tell you exactly why, and what to do about it.
